Although Dream Theater has not yet revealed who the new drummer is , I'd like to spot some light on it

Episode #2 gave a glimpse of 4 auditions that left a feeling that Mike Mangini and Marco Minnemann are so far the leaders.
However, this simple investigation based on the two previous videos, proves that Dream Theater admired Minnemann MUCH MORE than it was shown in episode #2

Here are the videos that were used for my analysis
1) The first one is the trailer
2) The second one is called episode#1

Both videos show some "appetizers" in order to warm the fans up. A lot of them were at the end of the first episode, showing the musicians shocked with someone behind the scenes :) But those appetizers were not flawless

But let's start from the very beginning
The first thing that attracted my attention was the fact that during the audition the musicians wore different clothes.

I just want you to notice  the two points:

1) Look at Mr.LaBrie saying "Absolutelly fenomenal" about this mysterious awesome drummer :)

2) Here is Mr. Marco Minnemann performs in his funky grey-blue T-shirt :)

Almost the whole piece of appetizers (link to youtube) up to the end is taken from one audition
And it is all about the same guy. The musicians are just shocked with him!
guess who?= )

But look what blinks right at the very beginning of this small piece! Do you recodnize this grey-blue shirt??
Yes, this is Marco Minnemenn!




Although there was a post that Marco Minnemann is not Dream Theater's new drummer, I still consider this to be not true. You may read the article yourself. There is only a copy-paste version of what Marco said (or maybe he did not) and the article was released on April 22th 2011 after the trailer (maybe to confuse more or because th "appetizers" were not flawless?)

Dream Theater probably aim to prove the fans that their new drummer is really fantastic. I think that Mr. Minnemann really fits this position.

Looking forward to seing this terrific band in Kiev on July 13th 2011 !!!

P.S. Please note that  Episode#2 however did not include some scenes from Minnemann's audition. Namely, we didn't see Petrucci saying "that was *** great" and LaBrie saying that it was "the most incredible", though the pictures above prove us that that apperciation was addressed to Marco!
I wonder, why this important comments were omitted in the Episode 2. Isn't that the proof of what I am writing about? :)
